Cancellations/Rebooking
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid a 50% charge of the appointment price. If you cancel or reschedule within 4 hours of the appointment, you will be charged the full price of the appointment. Failure to show up for the appointment will result in a 100% charge and no option to rebook.
late policy
As a courtesy to other clients, please arrive to your appointment with plenty of time to find street parking and arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. We have a 10 minute grace period at Salt + Skin. If it is your first time at Salt + Skin, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to fill out required forms.
We understand that life happens. If you happen to be running late, please reach out via text/call to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you by shortening your treatment time or rescheduling you(if you arrive 10 minutes or more late). Please note that you will still be charged for the full treatment.

refunds on a service
Please note that we do not provide refunds for any services rendered. However, in the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with the outcome of your service, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do everything possible to address any concerns you may have and ensure you have an enjoyable experience at Salt + Skin.
product returns
We are happy to accept return of skincare products purchased at Salt + Skin if they are in their unused, original packaging. Returns can be exchanged for new product, credit toward services or products, or refunded to original form of payment. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
